Kaela's c-diff test came back negative today - they also sent another stool down to be tested, so hopefully that one will be negative too. If it is, then we can take her out of contact isolation.
She's up to 28mL of breast milk, and they d/c'd her TPN today. Now she's just getting dextrose with heparin to keep her fluid level up to 36mL every 3 hours and keep her PICC line open. The Dr. ordered a speech consult to be done on her in the next couple days to evaluate her ability to swallow to see if we can bottle/breastfeed. Yeah!
We're so thankful she's doing well and growing strong. Praise the Lord for his continued mercy.
Silas' wedding is on Saturday, so we're all busy getting ready for that and the pre-wedding parties! Tomorrow starts it all - should be lots of fun. We're really excited for him and Mollie - he's found a good one. =)
